Last night was a full moon and the best time of the year to see it happen behind Seattle’s space needle (at least, when viewing from Seattle’s Kerry Park – a popular downtown location to see the cityscape). This was the first time I’ve used MF for long exposures (or for that matter night photography or even on a tripod). Worked out ok.

Fujifilm Neopan 100 Acros in Xtol

Took Friday off work for a much needed mini break down the Oregon coast. Only made it to the Northern tip and we hung out there for a couple of days. For those who are amused by others [near] misfortune (i am), you’ll be glad to know we got into a bit of a pickle when I left the car ignition on while sitting reading for an hour or so. Had my phone connected over bluetooth, mp3’s playing, heated seats on… within what felt like no time, the car electronics …

The final shot I wanted to share from my Yellowstone trip. I took one shot of an elk up close and this ended up being one of my favourites. I’d love for anyone who has a few mins to spare to swing by the full series on my gallery.
