The Trees

A quick shot from my Hasselblad 500 CM this weekend while walking around on Sat morning. This was on a quick stroll through Marymoor Park – there wasn’t that much going on as I walked along a tree lined path so sometimes it helps to look upwards (or shoot from the floor). Develop, Success

I learned photography using DSLR’s, never shot film in my life growing up and so I’m still pretty new to it. However, I’m getting introduced pretty quickly and shot about 30 – 50 rolls in the last 5 months of 2009. I’m still a complete novice when it comes developing though and my few attempts with developing B&W film have ended with unsatisfactory results with lots of white specs on the negative, etc.

Old Roll of Film (Bringing out the Hasselblad)

With my recent experiments with 35mm film, I decided to pick up my Hasselblad 500 C/M again… interestingly, I found it already had a roll of film in it which was halfway used. I couldn’t remember what film it even was so just took a guess at ISO 160 (which fortunately turned out to be correct) and finished it off yesterday while walking around town.
