I took the last week off and went on a short trip down the Oregon coast. Was an awesome few days. This is probably the first trip where I really sought out good locations for photography in advance (rather than just traveling and seeing what we stumbled upon). Definitely made a difference with my pictures and helped that I actually decided to bring a tripod with me (just purchased a Gitzo 1542T). We were really lucky with the weather also with a series of sunrises and sunsets that were just breathtaking. This shots are from day 1 in Bandon, OR. First four are with a Olympus OM-D (12mm f2 lens) with a B+W 110 filter, while the rest are with a Sony RX100
